Need to store the standings tiebreakers and columns shown on a season-by-season basis.
Example:
- Ties are shown / used for Season 1.
- in Season 2, leagues decides to not use Ties and hides them.
- When users go to view the standings they'll no longer see Ties, even if they are looking at Season 1 standings where they are applicable.
