Show the negotiation status for the coach. Currently this does not show up anywhere.

Would this include a status if you're asking permission to speak to a farm coach?
This came up that when permission is requested, there's no where for the GM making the request to see what the status is (likely similar to trades, not viewed, viewed, accepted, declined, void [if we implement, cancelling permission requests in the future]) or time remaining.

Yep.
Although I'm not certain if I want there to be a cancel request yet... it'll probably be okay, but overall this dev item is mainly to make sure we have somewhere to look at the status for the coach.
