I acknowledge that I'm interested in seeing what a league would look like with a second tier of farm. I do not believe I want to get into allowing a league to dynamically create tiers as that is a completely different ball of wax.
It will likely mean, though, that I'll need to readjust the rerate-weight for the farm system to something like 0.3 instead of 0.25.... the Tier2 Farm would fit in at 0.2 and Junior would remain at 0.1.
This is a placeholder and will be updated as the idea takes more shape.
Tier 2 Farm [Long]
Re: Tier 2 Farm
Ground work for this has been laid. The new UHS will be able to track how many farm teams a pro team is assigned, however, there will NOT be a way to assign multiple farm teams on launch.... this needs a lot more work first.

Re: Tier 2 Farm
While this is here, regarding the issue you mentioned in the first post - would it be possible to make the re-rate weights for each league a COM setting? Set the pro at 1, and then you can set junior and farm tier weights

Re: Tier 2 Farm
Yeah... that would be bundled with this for sure... however, you will have *some* control over it with the new UHS...
When you change the Farm / Junior salary factor it will also be applied to the stats for re-rates.

Continuing with the setup for this development...
will be uncoupling the Rerate Stat Weight from the Salary Percentage.

Two new fields for Rerate Weights have been created and released with Build 6693.

Scrapped. Resource / time requirements too high.
