Roster Limits [Long]

Create a limit to the number of players a team can carry on their pro roster and farm roster.

Injured and suspended players will not count towards the limit.

The limit will be set to 23 players for both rosters by default.

The COM can modify the roster limits in League Settings.

The limit will only apply to Regular Season and PlayOffs. During OffSeason and PreSeason it is expected teams will have a lot of players to test out.

Scrapped. Resource / time requirements too high.
