Allow a GM to enter a signing bonus when making a contract offer.
This value is a one-time expense applied at the time of signing. Bonus is added to the contract value after the salary * contract length calculation.

will there be some sort of max signing bonus? i think there should be something like a percentage of the contract value being offered (just because otherwise a team like jon could get javier ross to sign for the league minimum cap hit by giving him a huge bonus)

yeah... I think Jon had mentioned something like 10-20% of the entire value, however, I was planning on making it a value the COM could edit.

Yeah, I was thinking COM set, but default would be 20%.

Although, I was thinking having the bonus only for free agents. Not for re-signing players.

Scrapped. Resource / time requirements too high.
