Enable COM Approval on Transactions [Long]

Need to give the COM the ability to approve trades once both GMs have agreed.

Players/picks/money would not be moved until the COM approves it. Players would play on their original team until the trade has been approved.

Create an option in League Settings to enable/disable this functionality.

EDIT: Also look at adding functionality to force approvals on selected GMs.

If Approvals enabled, all GMs are automatically selected for forced approvals.
If Approvals disabled, all GMs are automatically unselected for forced approvals.

Perhaps it may be better to just build it into the GM data instead of doing extraneous work for league settings.

You know what would be good with this option? Enabling COM approval on certain GMs. Have the option under GM Accounts for UHS so any trade they do, it needs approval first.

This would be especially useful for new GMs who often get poached upon *cough* *David* the minute they arrive.

Jon, I don't know where this label your giving me came from, cuz last time I checked, about 5-10 trades occurred with Vancouver before Melvin and I even began to talk.

And other GM's like Lisa, I traded with maybe once, and that was long after they got familiar to the game.

For the record, I'll never forget all the trade offers I got the moment I became North Bay's new GM... Salgado, Kidd, Masty, Manners... All for peanuts in return... If only I could look at trade offers 3 seasons back and LOL again at some of the offers I got, from a lot of the seasoned GM's here today.

Anyways, I originally just wanted to say that this would help a lot of disputed trades from occurring, then having to trade back due to a BoD ruling. Good call James.

You know what? Who knows how these stigmas start. But your name comes to mind a lot in terms of unbalanced trades...
